A New Chapter for Pink 360
In 2021, Fitness One initiated a redesign of Pink 360, its women-only fitness and wellness app focused on diet and workouts. The goal was to improve the existing Pink 360 V1 experience while introducing new features to support a more personalized fitness journey.
The redesigned app introduced live fitness classes, group sessions, customized home workouts, workout streaming, and personalized diet plans, creating a more comprehensive experience for women to manage their fitness and nutrition in one place.

UX audit
The redesign process began with an audit of the existing Pink 360 experience. We reviewed the end-to-end user flows to identify pain points from the user’s perspective and understand where the existing experience created friction.
The audit covered key aspects of the product, including color usage, typography, text sizing, placement of primary actions, and overall interaction patterns. We also reviewed user feedback and ratings on the Play Store to understand what users were looking for beyond the existing business requirements.
These insights helped us identify opportunities to improve both the usability and visual experience before moving into the redesign.

Understanding the Audience
Before sketching the experience, I focused on understanding the target audience and the business context. Through user research and discussions with the team, we identified two core user types: homemakers and working professionals, each with different levels of digital comfort, fitness goals, and daily routines.
With these user needs in mind, we then shaped the product structure by organizing the information architecture and mapping how users would discover and choose between fitness programs, personalized diet plans, and live class bookings.

Final Design
Simple, modern, easy to access
The new design focused on improving visibility, communication, and user engagement through a stronger visual language. We evolved the brand color from a soft baby pink to a more vibrant pink, creating a richer and more energetic visual identity that better reflected the Pink 360 experience.
To make the app easier and more comfortable to navigate, we positioned primary actions within the thumb-reachable zone, allowing users to access key actions quickly while reducing unnecessary reach and interaction effort.
